i know this isnt supposed to be a serious mode, but what are you planning to do about kallista and vayne just breaking it and making it a terrible experience with typhoon claws?
will certain champions get individual balance treatment for this mode like you did for for urf mode?

the melee item will take a good while to really take off. you have to slowly stack it up, and will end up at around 60 to 80 total ad at the end of a game if youre doing good with it. the thing is, while the item is op, it will take quite a while to get to the same level as typhoon claws.
its op in terms of cost effectiveness, but i suspect that typhoon claws will just absolutely break certain champions already early on, when they get tit first item. especially vayne and kallista immediately upon buying it.
