Gangplank Deadman's Plate bugged interaction
If Gangplank fires his Q at a barrel with 
fully stacked, it won't apply the deadman's on-hit effect, even though his Q is treated as a basic attack for all other purposes. Which means the barrel explosion loses out on that extra damage.
Is this working as intended?
