Katarina needs fixing

Concept - Katarina is not a typical assassin. She aims not to kill one target, but to destroy entire teams. And as she stands now, everyone is either pentakilled in the blink of an eye, or she does nothing at all. Either way somebody is unhappy.

Counterplay - All of Kat's abilities (besides her Q) have no cast times. This is a HUGE problem, because almost all CC abilities do have cast times. Let's look at other champions with resetting gap closers Tristana - large cast time, skillshot Kha'zix - shortish cast time, but has to sacrifice an evolution and is a skillshot Master Yi - Invulnerable targetable gapcloser, but it still has a long cast time Katarina is completely instant giving no time to react.

Zhonyas - When Kat buys this item, she is able to go into the middle of the enemy team, ult, zhonyas, and wait for her teammates to finish the kill, allowing her really easy resets by tagging everyone with death lotus for an assist.

Roams - This champion has some of the most potent roams in the game. I can't count the amount of times I've seen Katarina roam bot for an easy double kill. The success rate of her roams, at least to me, feels massive. More so than any other champion.

Her damage - If Kat gets ahead, she OBLITERATES carries so quickly and so easily
