Especially bot lane. Unless you buy a control ward early, early game vision is pretty limited with the trinket. Letting junglers have slightly more power early. Any updates on this?

Early game vision is not a problem for most people that I've seen, so I can't really answer any concerns without specifics. I always ward the river bush the moment I get to lane, and usually (like 7 out of 10 times) my ADC will also ward that bush and we rotate as the wards burn out. If we can't put vision down, we pay careful attention to positioning and always prepare for a fast escape should we see the enemy jungler (or even their mid laner) show up by surprise.
I'm really not opposed to junglers having an advantage, considering it can be fairly easy to mess with their game progression.
