pls Enable Chat during low-priority queue

Ok, I need to wait 20 minutes to get into a game. But why am I not allowed to answer my friend who is asking for duoq without leaving the low priority queue? This is unnecessarily bothersome.

here's an idea: Don't get yourself into those queue's.

Unlike chat restrictions and bans, you can actually get into a LPQ at no fault of your own. You can't exactly control power shortages or ISP failures.

I'm not saying you shouldn't still be punished because there's no way to winnow out good faith accidents from bad faith DCs, but "don't get yourself into it" is a pretty cretin thing to say.
