Pretty much just the title on this one. I don't know why the assassins have to have all these new conditionals when there are champions like her that are insanely, consistently reliable at all stages of the game.

Oglaf1 votesWell, the problem is that you would need to flash into the enemy team before launching Tibbers to get the maximum Shield, which is quite dangerous.
If you just use Tibbers from range like usual, you won't get the multiplier on the Shield.
