I did. Sadly Kamille has that too.
She gets defensive from her passive (which I think is very cool).
She gets defensive from becoming untargetable (ult)
She gets defensive from her mobility (e, which again I think is super cool)
She gets defensive from her W (which can slow the enemy making it harder to reach her)
She gets defensive from knocking enemies away (ult)
And then all the types of damage she does with her kit (magic, psychical and true damage) as offensive capabilities.
And a stun to allow chase downs or engages.
An overloaded kit gives the champion the ability to do a lot of multiple things.
I mean.
Look at Viktor. His kit lets him wave clear, zone control, aoe dmg and burst damage.
That's about it, not overloaded.
Now look at Thresh. His kit allows him to engage, disengage, peal, save allies, poke in lane, stop dashes and shield an ally.
If he gets a buff, even indirectly, it would cause balance issues.
Similar to lee sin which again is supposed to be high skill cap hero. He is so overloaded that for a very high skill cap, he has 50% win rate or higher while being in the top 5 most popular heroes in the game.
Ekko has more utility than utility supports in terms of how many things it can do, while also having higher damage output.
Personally I think Camille looks very cool and interesting to play. But they overloaded her with types of damage. Even if not a lot, it would be a nightmare to balance. Her Q does true damage on second strike, her W does %map hp damage, her R allows her to do magic damage, and her normal attacks do physical damage.
Same reason if fiora gets a slight buff, she goes bad shit crazy as she deals a lot of true damage, combined with high mobility.
