he's been sucking in lower ELO for years, they need to re-work him so that high elo wont ban him and low elo can pick him

No.I played 700 Azir games but the situation not different.Azir isn't viable.No longer high elo don't pick him.Our only diversity 125+ games and specialize.Now,this is not.
