Would Be Really Cool If Nunu's W Made Him Unstoppable After Rolling For 2 Seconds Or More.

Momentum isn't an easy thing to stop, I know the snowball keeps going but I'm sure stopping a Yetti going 700 movement speed that weighs the same as a truck probably shouldn't be so easy to instantly pin down either right? My biggest enragement as playing Nunu would be running into something like Cassiopeia puddle, Malzahar silence, or Veigar cage. I really feel like those things have no business being able to stop Nunu when he's using his W.

Oh another thing, unrelated but still relevant, please change his W's interaction with pets. If Nunu can run over siege minions and cannon minions, why the hell do Malzahar's voidlings and Heimerdinger's turrets stop Nunu's snowball? That's a huge get out of jail free card for these champions right now that actually shouldn't exist.

Okay the magic cage makes sense but voidlings? Nunu should just go right over voidlings.

My problem is, it stops Nunu even before it activates. I wish I could show you what I'm talking about but I don't have any recordings. Basically the timing is off. Nunu's hit box is so huge with the snowball that even when his teammates can walk through Veiger's cage, Nunu cannot.

I literally have to ban Veiger every single game because right now he is the worst counter to Nunu due to how his cage functions.

Trundle and Anivia make a lot more sense. They create terrain. As much as Trundle makes me rage, I'm fine with that.

Easy solution, have Ornn clear the path

Not sure of the unstoppable bit, but maybe just ignoring silences and other things that have no real effect on movement? Because Lux's Q or Veigar's E should both logically stop him (one literally binds him to the ground, the other is a twisted bit of space where he's essentially putting a black hole around you), but Soraka's E or Malz's Q makes no sense.

However, it stopping on Malz's W and Heimer's Q is bullshit. Yeah, Tibbers, Daisy, the Maiden, and Morde's ghosts should stop it from all standpoints (Logically: They're massive, and bigger than the snowball. They could easily stop it. Balance: They're ultimate abilities, so if you're spending it to block the ability it has a hefty cost), but those tiny ass dime-a-dozen creatures should not stop it at all.

Unstoppable would probably give AP Nunu too much power and tank Nunu even more power. As we've seen since the rework's release, AP Nunu can one-shot squishies and hard chunk tanks with his snowball. Tank Nunu having an unstoppable engage on a relatively short cooldown with long range probably isn't healthy either. If your tower is being sieged, you either you have to have someone who can generate terrain, (Anivia, Azir, Trundle), or someone has to facetank the snowball or your team wipes. The ability generates too much threat already for it to be a candidate for being Unstoppable.

I hard agree on removing the interaction with small, non-ultimate pets stopping his ultimate.

Definitely not. His engages are already really strong, adding the unstoppable effect would straight up break him.

I don't know about the pet interaction, but no, Nunu should not be unstoppable during his W. Two seconds or more is still pretty early in the Nunu snowball, so there's no actual way to stop him from charging if the timer is set that early, and there's a reason why unstoppable is reserved for ultimate abilities (and Warwick's Q, but that's displacements only and doesn't change anything since he'd move at the end of the cast anyway if he holds it down). It is a very powerful effect, much more so than its often given credit for, and giving it to Nunu's W would make his engages pretty much unavoidable for anyone without a dash in their kits. He's already a very strong ganker with the range he can gank from, making it unstoppable, regardless of any "well momentum says I shouldn't", would be unhealthy.
