@Riot, Thoughts on Renektons current state?

Now I know this meta does not favor Renekton, and if the meta were to shift heavily towards a more bruiser/carry oriented meta, he'd be in a lot better spot. But recent changes to itemisation (Mainly the Tiamat and Hydra items) also hurt Renekton a decent amount. Here's a little list to changes to these items that hurt him: -One can no longer freely swap between the two. Renekton used to really like being able to swap -Tiamat on it's own gives less AD. Renekton liked buying a tiamat, and forgetting about it for a while. -Titanic hydra got nerfed. Pretty straight forward, one of his build options is not as strong anymore. -Maw nerfs. See ^

So yeah, what do you guys think about Renekton right now?

Also, A little question, Let's say I have a lot of AD, enough to reach the cap on my Q healing. If I have a spirit visage, does the spirit visage healing break the cap or not? Considering SV will give less MR but more healing next patch.
