The Twitch Nerf

Twitch isn't played often. So who would care to explain to me why this dude needed nerfs. Because I would GLADLY take Twitch in as opposed to the enemy team locking in either Lucian or Jhin EVERY OTHER GAME. It is almost like Riot doesn't play their own game. Have they been too busy jerking off to Overwatch? Pretty much every other ADC that is meta right now . . . is meta because not only are they a lane bully, but they also scale into the late game. Unlike them though, Twitch pays with his early game to reach the end game.
