Google didn't help me. Do the bolts from Runaan's proc passive? The 4th shots special execution damage I mean.

I'm guessing based on what I read on the wiki, but it doesn't seem to be classified as an on-hit ability, so I am inclined to say no?

Edit: Do you mean the crit damage? Then I think the answer is yes.

I couldn't say what the answer to this is, but if you want to find out try making a custom game against and with bots and absolutely roflstomping them until you get your full build to test. Works a lot more reliably than trying a bot game where the other players might end quickly.

Far as I can tell from a custom game on Twisted treeline it doesn't, but I don't like to acquire information from only one source (even if it's myself) so the more people who answer this the better.

Either way, Runaan's is a terrible item on him. It's only good for waveclear except Shiv is far better in that aspect.

Well I'd have to disagree with that. If the bolts apply the full effects of his passive then the ability to apply his execution damage to 3 enemies would absolutely worth it.

"Wave clear" want even a thought in my head when I decided to consider replacing the Rapid FireCannon with Runaans. I was just thinking about the better stats and that the passive might be to the bolts.

They don't apply it, as far as I remember. Someone had questioned an official Rioter about it and they said the two types of effects (what Runaan applies versus the kind of effect Jhin's execution passive is) doesn't matchup or something.
