I quit playing league after i was going up against premades and got sick of it. Has that changed now? I see a notification up top about solo/duo queues is it going back to normal now? I cant really find information on it

Once the problems with the new team builder are rolled out Riot will begin prepping a solo-only ranked queue with the new team builder. Until then, the original ranked queues are back.
