Invisibility Interaction Question

Can ult someone invisible like a or and the shield won't be seen? Or will it be a moving shield? I mean I wanna surprise gank someone by just instantly teleporting out of no where and then taunt them, but I don't know if 's shield will show up when a champ is invisible. Btw if the shield is invisible you could set up some boutiful plays, like is dying and is being chased by a half health that trapped the invisible in his stun ring. Then can teleport instantly without knowing and then he taunts him and then saves and kills .
