what if new Frozen Heart received 50% health regen (2600g)

Planned change: Frozen Heart: 2600g (was 2450g), 90 Armor (was 100 Armor).

i'd propose 90 armor with 50% health regen.

idea inspired by trundle + his w. would go well on a lot of champions like: List of champions' health regeneration

the build path wouldn't change. Having health regen does not necessitate that it build from see .

another idea would be 350 mana with 75% health regen. i for one find 400 mana a bit excessive. i still find mana per level runes are a bit weak. that's where people who desire more can fill this. atm with the exception of maybe ryze no one else get mana from runes. (Speaking of which) (imo maybe mana could be worth more from runes so long as you don't exceed say 1500 total mana or something. so its not op with tear.

50 mana is 100 gold. 180 gold = 50% regen. so 75% health regen would be a good number imo. item 3105 has 75% base regen.

75% health regen = 270 gold 50 mana = 100g

270-100 = 170g

2600g - 2450g = 150. this however would be a buff. 20g more worth of stats. would cost 2625 perhaps.

or: 50% regen and 350 mana for 2525 gold.

no, its not fitting on frozen heart but i would suggest to reduce their hp regen by 50% aura... why? because fh is freezing everyone... which is more sense...

tbh defensive armor doesn't help with the frozen theme either. the passive is what makes it frozen heart the other stats don't matter. i see where your coming i wouldn't mind it i just think it singles out hp regen champs and lifesteal since it slows as. spellvamp is left untouched though.
