Runic affinity, why does this stille exist?
It is significantly weaker without smite buffs

DeathBurst1 votesI'm not sure it ever applied to Smite buff, only to Blue/Red/Baron/Elder buff.
Hupsis1 votesAs I've learned recently, it didn't apply to minor jungle buffs.
But still I question its existence? I don't think anyone really picks it other than maybe the jungler. 30 seconds more to red/blue buff timer doesn't do anything else than increases a champions zoning potential for an additional 30 seconds IF you manage to get a buff.
I really hope it gets replaced by something more relevant and suited for everyone rather than just the jungler.

Only Red Buff, Blue Buff, Rift Herald, Dragon Buff and Baron Buff.
