Tahm Is broken
He does not have a status bar timer for when his passive is going to fall off
His ult does not show a global indicator of where they're going to poof from similar to how TF shows an animation on minimap

mikesomms2 votesTahm's ult does have a small indicator and a very loud sound that goes atleast 2 screens when he [and his ally] begin to emerge.. and his passive begins to fall off after 4 seconds I believe.
Tahm is not broken, he has so much counter play and poor resistances I doubt we will see much of him in pro play..
These are more clarity-like issues, which, to be honest, Riot seems to pay attention to more, and I'm certain there's a reason why the indicators you listed don't exist.
