Oh man... this is great. Whos idea was this?

Anyhow i looked it up after game and it triggers on red wards that live for over 2 and 1/2 min.

I feel that it should give the ward 1 extra hit imo. Make it a proper buff. Or make a Ward skin. We need more distinguished wards in the game.
