Increase Nami's UTILITY AP Scaling

Right now, I find it odd how the optimal build for a champion with AP ratios on every single ability (and her passive) includes little to no or AP at all.

Let me be clear, I'm not saying to buff Nami 's damage. She already does a LOT with AP, and while I don't think she'll ever be a viable mid laner due to her bad waveclear, a support shouldn't have much more damage than her.

HOWEVER, back at the beginning of Season 4, many supports saw AP supports receiving "utility scaling" such as Lulu , Janna , and Taric .

Nami got only a small AP ratio on her passive and slow on her E. Why can't these be increased slightly? Encourage Nami players to build AP...

I'm thinking something along the lines of:

PASSIVE: Ally spell hits grant 40 + 10% AP Movement speed ---> 40 + 20% Movement Speed E: Slow 15/20/25/30/35% + 5%AP ---> 15/20/25/30/35% + 7.5% AP Slow

Doesn't matter what you do to a support's kit, support are NEVER going to build enough AP to make it meaningful (unless they're bronze-level noob supports who refuse to buy Sightstone because they're too busy rushing Rod of Ages). It's just not done. I wish it could be. But apart from Zhonya's Hourglass on support Morgana if you're doing really, really well, support won't buy AP (a lot don't even bother upgrading their Spellthief's Edge beyond tier 1).

As a diamond support main, I just have to say you're wrong. I easily get 100-200 AP pretty much every game, and in longer games I'll get 300+ AP.

What item build do you use to get that?

And how the HELL do you afford it?!
