CerealBoxOfDoom··1 votes·378 views

On the PBE the expected wait time for mid/top is 20 seconds On the Live server its like 3:20

The actual on the PBE is like 2 minutes. The actual on the Live server is like 5 minutes

anybody have any idea on what causes this?

Riot chooses pbe players based on needs. I would bet quite a bit they control how many mains of each lane they allow in at a time.
