Oleandervine4 votesTeemo support actually isn't that bad. Sure, he doesn't have peel, but he can blind the enemy ADC and make them lose creep, and once he hits 6, he really makes it difficult for their jungler to gank your lane. There are perks to it, and it can be made to work. Don't knock it.

You do know this is ganking bot season right? How many times have you seen 4 people bot? Those mushrooms provide a lot of vision and prevention of ganks. He also has blind and poke with movement speed increase. Why do you think he showed up as support all the sudden? He also scared the lane because of his passive. All the sudden an ambush. He brings fear for every step made for the enemy.

Teemo can easily hide behind a minion. It's not hard. You clearly haven't seen actual teemo support builds and someone who plays him as support. Anyone who is feeding as Teemo support isn't playing him right. He has blind for a reason. You're E will be useless if you don't know if the Teemo is actually targeting your adc. You will just waste mana.
This isn't mentioning Morgana is kinda down there on supporting and Brand isn't a support to begin with. Even Teemo is more support than brand. All Brand has is an unreliable stun. Is Teemo a viable support? He is meant to counter. You don't go with him into poke unless you know what you are doing. He also provides massive vision. The 45% CDR mushrooms is nothing to scoff at.
