can we have an alternative to autofill?

such as choosing as many roles as we want even if its just 1 role. some people can only play 1 role or even just 1 fucking champ, where other people can play most/all roles. if i think Q times are too long, i would put top>mid>jung>ad for example. high elo games are supposed to be mostly quality, not 15 mins of frustrating shit.

sometimes i just cant be fucked to play some roles if im tired and would just choose 1 role, i at least hope riot have had every scenario in mind rather then a quick "fix"

I think I read it somewhere that they tried testing this on one of the smaller servers (can't remember which) where you could choose 2 main roles, and ban one role. Most of the time you would get your two main, and some of the time you'd get the other two, and never the last. Turns out almost everyone banned support and queue times were crazy high. Either way, they decided that that type of a system doesn't work, and as a substitute, they gave us autofill. While I may disagree with autofill itself, I also understand why the system they had hopes for just a few months ago failed the way it did.
