now that ez ult got a nerf can we buff ap ezreal?

that nerf is supposed to adress ad ez, but like all the other nerfs to ad ez the ap one got hurt even more. Now that his ult has a high cd and ap ez dont lv his Q early can we work on buff for him?

and please dont come with the same bullshit that "ez is adc not ap" because he was designed to be both and i really like the ap version and i wish to see him viable again.
