so far im trying to make this work and im building runaans and rage blade and ie and rapid fire cannon, yes his w counts as a onhit effect so its pretty good and he can use the ap stats as well. it works becuase he has 2 types of self peeling via stun and ur e. anythougths ? thanks

Rageblade is pretty bad. You'd be better off building item 3146 .

item 3146 item 3085 item 3031 item 3006 imo

Last items item 3139 item 3094 item 3046 item 3026 item 3072 . Whatever is most needed for the game.

he makes use of the extra ad the on hit becuase his w is on hit. i usuely will build runaans rage blade ie and sorc shoes and rapid fire and ldr

That build just sounds god awful. If you want to do the magic pen boot route you'd be better off doing a similar build that corki does, only replacing a tri force with a runaans. ie:

item 3146 item 3085 item 3020 item 3031 item 3135 item 3139

But Kennen benefits way more from attack speed then Corki does, so I wouldn't recommend going that route. I think my original post would be a better build path for Kennen.

Rageblade is just not a very good item and is why I didn't suggest it. Yes I read what you said in your original post as well but the item just isn't worth it.

im a fan of rage blade becuase u gain like 79% atttack speed and almsot 90 ad and ap a piece
