@Riot now that solo lane lulu is basically dead can we revert the V6.6 nerfs to Whimsy's ally cast?

Since support lulu is still weak she could use the buff, and would give solo lane lulu slightly more relevance if she manages to do ok despite the nerfs to her damage/waveclear and give her back some utility.

Or would riot prefer to change lulu in some other way? Because support or solo lane she's just an underwhelming pick compared to Karma in either lane, and Nami & Janna way outshines her as a support, and seems like she could use some help in general.
