Riot can we please fix the delete/bumping abuse or make self-deleted posts reportable for spam?

Since making a thread about the person wasn't ok, maybe making a thread to complain about how it works in general is ok.

And I made a thread because it's an exploit to **avoid **reports, so I can **not **report it because of how it works.

And you asked me to use your support tickets which have long removed the option to report anything, so how I am even suppose to get to support by filing it under something random and irrelevant and hope you see it?

I'll put this in my list of features which I'm interested in.

For now, you can send in a support ticket to us for those who are abusing this method of bumping. There might not be a correct category but it will definitely get into my hands and I can assist you there.

Why should you not be allowed to bump a discussion? Must they die in oblivion if they don't get a comment in the first 10 minutes and fall off the first page? And don't say "if they don't get a comment they're not interesting." I've had plenty of discussions that didn't make it during my first attempt(s) but were at the top of the hot list after a few tries/bumps. But since bumping is somehow illegal on these forums (I don't get it, all other forums have a button that allows you to bump), I guess we just need to create a slightly different new thread each time.

Another entitled kid asking riot for more useless features that isnt going to improve the boards in any way.

Xonra, Kagami is talking about a case in which somebody posts a chain of bumps, presumably in a row.

However, if you don't have mods that actually understand when evaluating these cases?

You will get me and Angelus banned because of Wirym and Ephrial who both have basically nothing in their comments sections but bumps.

Because of a lot of reasons, but those bumps are well spread out (at least a day)-- is that spam to you, Kagami?

{quoted} If you're only doing it to one thread at that rate that's fine if you doing it 20 threads a day that's probably not fine, imo.

But what if you have 20 such threads that you love? Wirym and Ephrial, among many others, are incredibly long and lovingly crafted.

I know I'd want to bump all of them if we were still using the Forums on a daily basis.

It's a problem in GD enough to warrant it, maybe no one is abusing it else right now, but in GD it is being abused.

Aaah, so the issue is with GD. Not the rest of the subboards?

Then could you specify that? It's quite relevant--

GD disables vote sorting; hides vote count from a thread before you open it; etc., so in GD bumps carry weight to 100% of the user base but this is not so for any other subboard.

:/ Specifying GD is important here, and in the case of GD, I agree that this is an issue, but in every other subboard it isn't.

Why are the boards even still like this? I thought the majority consensus was that most people preferred the older/better layout of the forums...
