Are you a robot? Introducing "No CAPTCHA reCAPTCHA"

I originally posted this in GD, but decided it fit more here so reposting... I think using this would be a great benefit to site, it's just better.

Seriously *everyone *hates CAPTCHAs for login, and this is a much less painful and less time consuming alternative. So why haven't you guys started using it?

Is there something wrong with the API preventing it?

They should only do the Captcha on the first attempt and if successful stop doing it for 5 minutes on the same person trying to log in like other sites do which basically tunes down the issues to minor annoyance.
