Morgana's black shield has the strongest base shield in the game.. However I do understand that it only protects against magic damage. I feel as though the black shield should only block the first ability but let the shield continue to hold..

"Morgana shields the target friendly champion or herself for up to 5 seconds, absorbing magic damage and rendering her target immune to all crowd control while the shield holds." I'm saying it should only stop cc one time.. currently it stops cc until the shield breaks.

Having only one block would suck and be only useful in some 1v1s, because rylais, mallet, ashe and red buff exist and would all destroy the shield easily.
PhantomGG1 votesIt's fine as is, Easy to bate out, hard to use correctly. Whenever you meet morgana players they have to learn a few things
-How to land the binding, so basic skill shot mechanics -Pool zoneing -Ult Tanking (for the ult forces you to take a tank role, which means you now need to learn how to do that properly on a squishy champion) -Shield defense
And in almost ALL morganas you will meet the last thing they learn is how to properly use the shield.
Yosuke Apperu1 votesThe one two things you left out. if she soul shackles then zhonyas its going to hit you twice. Also the binding has one of the most ridiculous hit boxes in the game... and it lasts for five years.. :P
