How to properly bring back Ranked TEAMS 5v5

MMR Ranked System -No promos or placements, MMR default at 1500 -Each player can only make a team once.

Names cannot be made until 1800 MMR -To keep fresh names available -Blue essence can be used to change names, clan tags, and a selection of a team border

Why MMR and not the traditional Ranked system? -Players often quit the team / reset when the team places silver, and it takes an awfully long time to get placed in ranked. 10 games = 1 full day nonstop playing. Picks bans, Organizing the whole team to be online, breaks, picks and bans, dodges, loading times.
