comparing mana lvl glyphs with hp level seals.

400 gold = 150 hp 400 gold = 200 mana

24 times 9 = 216 hp from seals. 576 gold worth of hp

576 gold worth of mana is 288 mana. currently glyphs offer 25.56 mana @ lvl 18 times 9 = 230 mana

**proposal: each mana glyph gives addtional 6.5 mana @ level 18 if your mana does not exceed 750 bonus mana. **

so its not op with item 3070 , but can still fulfil its job as a meaningful source of getting stat supplementation. runes are there to help you fill in cracks of your build and mana runes in current form aren't worth while atm unless your name is ryze/singe with tear.
