The easiest way to help Elise

The buffs to Elise on the PBE are great, but the biggest problem with elise is that her damage is highly telegraphed, and many opponents can get away from her when she changes from human to spider form and vise versa. The easiest way to help Elise would be to remove the cast time on her transformation. This allows her to better chase opponents down in spider form and also speeds up her spell rotation from human to spider form.
