Visual bug or new champion teaser?
I was watching Immortals vs Cloud 9 and I noticed some very weird particle effects on summoner's rift that looked like little electrical storms. Initially I thought they may be visual bugs but there is no champion in the game that has particle effects like that and it seemed like they were persistent in the same location for the majority of the game. I also know that there was a leak a while back saying that Riot was working on a lightening based champion. Do you think this is a possible teaser for the new champion (similar to how Kindred and Kled had effects on summoner's rift before they were revealed) or is it just some weird visual bug? Have you guys seen these electrical storms in any of your games?
Locations I spotted the electrical storm were:
- Mid lane by the western torch
- Red side, bot side jungle where all the paths intersect
- Red side, bot lane near the inner turret
