not just the combo, shiv as well, or at the very minimum remove it's crit scaling, adc's do not need a burst item that outclasses ludens which is supposed to be for burst

I've been saying that but when I do I get downvoted. As an ADC player I can promise you that Shiv is a problematic item. I always knew it was. When I first started in season four and my friend told me "yeah ADCs do DPS, you know, they don't really burst you down, they just hit you over and over again." And I saw Shiv I was just like "this does burst damage, not DPS. Why do we have a burst item? Isn't that like, OP?"

They EVEN nerfed Cass. I honestly **hate **that champ but she doesn't have invisibility Twitch Mobility Tristana Or massive range point and click BPS KogMaw . Compared to the strong adcs at the moment shes reasonable. But riot decided adcs should be the only powerful champs now.

The only reason tanks are strong now is riot reworked some of them into stopping you moving at all if they reach you. And theres no effective counter because item 3111 item 3009 are shit. But only some tanks. Lategame the tank items are useless, not weak, useless vs many comps. Hp stacking feels a lot weaker now too, I think its the lord dominiks change.

But you didn't take into account her huge utility/damage bomb ult, her insane laning phase, her w utility, her movespeed bursts, etc. no ADC except for perhaps Draven can bully as well as her and no ADC has as much Utility as her. Varus has a snare (which doesn't compare to a stun) that would only hit 5 enemies IF they were to all stand still or clump. No ADC can shred through tanks as fast as she can except for maybe Twitch
