Nasus "issue" with his Infernal skin

I'm not even sure if anyone cares about this. His AA Q reset is much smoother without skin, than with Infernal. Can it be fixed? (yes that's it)

I feel like his q reset is wayyyy quicker with the skin. May not be smooth but it's quick and snappy, to my eyes at least

I played over a hundred game with Infernal. Recently played a game on a friends account (without skin) and both aas went off in not even half a second

Yea that too. His attacl goes off almost immediately it seems. No need for an animation lol
