Darkdemon6532 votesAt level 18 with his passive bonus, Kha deals 316 + 160 x bonus AD to his target with his Q. To do 1000 damage against a target with 0 armor, he would need 427.5 bonus AD. The most AD any item in LoL has is 80. That means he had more AD than is on five times the maximum that is on any item, plus 100% armor penetration + reduction.
oSEXYPLATYPUSo1 voteswell the isolation bonus ... and if he has the mastery that gives him bonus damage to isolated targets(assassin mastry) plus if he took the mastery that gets him +1% perma damage bonus per enemy killed (bounty hunter) and if he has 5 points in merciless that increases damage to targets below 40% hp plus what you said then MAYBE he did 1000 damage on Q
