lets say with triforce you have 410 MS and you buy alacrity this mean that you add +20 MS (430) well NOPE if you buy alacrity and you have triforce you will only get 417 ( 420 i dont remember for exactly) for some reason
so you lose 10++ ms from alacrity why this happen? can it fixed pls or it supposed o be happen?

Also of note in the reverse: 'If the raw speed is below 220, it gets multiplied by 50% and added to 110.'
