Best Lore-Based Team Comps?

What team comps could you build based off regions/lore that would work considerably well given the moderate restriction?

It'd be neat to try something like this in customs but it can look pretty one-sided depending on the region matchups and what positions the champs can/can't fill. Like Noxus doesn't really have a solid support option, I feel, though Sion is seeing (successful) use there a lot.
