Vi ult + new keystone = freelo

Ironic how Riot removed every squishy's point and click cc, but left it untouched on the early-mid game juggernaut? Currently it's immune to cc, but at the least it had Some risk going deep into the backline like that. I can pick up kills for free, in almost any elo (so far in silver-> mid plat/low diamond), just diving towers and soaking up a shot or 2 off the shield and snowballing out of control. With mobility and damage, good scaling, and hyper-efficient hp items, maybe it's time for a light nerf?
