[ To PBE players ] Is Kayle's base damage high or low?

For off-meta tank reasons, I need to know if Kayle's base damage is high or low. Is it like, Soraka E damage high or what?

Her Q goes up to 250 base damage which is quite good. Her E is nearly completely percentage health based, going up to 20% missing health. Her ultimate goes up to something like 500 base damage. Overall, her base damage is solid on her Q and ultimate but you really aren't going to be harassing or anything in laning phase. Mana costs are way too high for that (and in my opinion should be toned down).

It's decent enough, though you want to get some off items. I think Wit's end can be a good option on her, and the rylais+liandries combo can be strong as well since her AAs proc on-spell effects on a big aoe past lvl 6. However, for **pure **tank it's not good enough and her utillity is to low key for that aswell.

would be completely pointless to go off tank with upcoming kayle. she's a true super late game hyper carry now as opposed to whatever the fuck she is now.

I think that may turn out partly wrong. See if you don't build some form of durability she will pretty much never be impactful late game..BUT, if you build something like IBG, ninja/mercs, and/or frozen mallet, she will gain the following early game:

-solid HP -get-by resistances -20% CDR -lots of Mana (decent for poke and heal spamming) -sheen procs plus a little ad (which her abilities scale with)

Mid and late game she also gets these benefits:

insane kite against immobile champs due to ibg and frozen mallet procs -anti burst against bruisers, assassins, mages, etc

What she loses: -max dps potential

I think the trade-off is worth though. She can buy zhonyas, void/rylais, and nashors tooth later for even more survivability, damage, and CDR plus items rylais slow, and due to her kit, still be a dps teamfights and solo fight monster

would also like to add her entire design is built around being a late game hyper carry now. yes you could go off tank maybe even tank but that'd be entirely pointless. she was legit given an extremely trashy early game. the single weakest early game of any league champion. her early game weakness is so bad it makes nasus early game look like its good. in exchange for one of the most godlike late games.
