Last time I checked, the coin is pretty shitty and kinda useless now.
The chance to drop 20 gold is really small compared to pre change where you got gold for every minion that died nearby. The skill point you get from completing the quest is also pretty bad. You can't even level up your ult at level 10 when using the quest reward.
The mage item quest is my favorite one atm. The movementspeed buff when hitting an opponent is really nice. And also the relic shield quest is not bad. The shield you get is very useful.

dude lets say you somehow got your quest done before lv11. You would have gotten that rank 2 ult at lv10. And extra skill point might actually be useful.

I did. It's pretty good. The quest isnt that great but the easier gold earning is good.
