As someone who does not play tanks, I really, really like how strong and challenging they are to fight against since Cinderhulk came out. Last Whisper and Void staff no longer do their job and then some, they do their job.
Tanks were a joke before. Now they fulfill their role. But if Cinderhulk is truly OP, just make some cheap advanced-tier health shred items to cut through that bonus health. There's a ton of pen items but only two health shred (BoRK and Liandry's, correct me if I'm wrong).
