Why buff her early/her snowball
She's a late game anti-tank/bruiser champion. Just facilitate the game in a way that late game isn't impossible to reach without changing fiora at all.

Fiora buffs, Hash intensifies
riot team just does not know how their game works let alone the aspects of how to nerf and buff a champion at the right spots.
fiora is a great duelist and has an awesome laning phase. her only problem is not being able to teamfight due to the way her kit works. buffing her lane phase even more its like saying here fiora abuse every other champ you can 1 v 1. you are unstopable on lane phase so the enemy might aswell stay base for 15min till the game opens up for teamfights instead of actually fixing her kit to being able to teamfight and fix her laning power.
Guess they're trying to push her into LC$, like Pyke, and don't understand why she's not a staple pick like 
they've buffed her for 2 fucking years straight and i still don't know why. is she selling that many skins? matter of fact she went down in popularity after some other buff, now to wait and see with this one as people are intrigued for a second then realise they don't like how it plays really.
Why are they trying to buff her in general. She is overpowered and if they want someone for the LCS/Worlds to either counter tanks or beat duelists, why not bring back 
with some quality of life changes? "Capitalize from the momentum she gets from her lead" aka, hitting 10 vitals that spawn right next to her and killing you because of RNG.

I laned vs a Fiora for the first time as the new Panth and I have not seen such an outright Hard counter.
There was nothing other then Poke with Spear from afar and wait for the wave to hit the turret. She can out trade everything.
Even when the jungler came to help Panth's Kit was useless.
Her Bladework is so fast you cant block or stun her whens he uses it. If you have a weakness facing anything other then away from her you cant even try and CS.
To buff her is crazy.
The only buff she desperately needed was a cooldown reduction on her W.
All her recent buffs were utter pointless and only make her easier to play for those braindead monkeys who wanna button mash over actual decision making. It's almost as if the employees threw darts on a board and went with whichever ability the dart landed on.
