basically you farm with q and dodge skillshots the best you can. with annie you dont have to win lane in order to win the game. keep your flash tibbers up. She does a ton of burst damage. wait for 2 or 3 squishies to be in flash ult range and flash ult. if your team follows up then you won a teamfight unless your whole team is super far behind.

Also practice farming under tower with her. most of the champs that out range you also shove the lane when they are poking.

First option would be to not pick Annie into them...

But I mean, her flash combo is still ridiculous. I build my Vel'koz to have at least 2500+ HP due to how bursty this game is right now ( item 3027 , item 3151 and / or item 3116 depending on the situation) and I was still being one shot by the full combo of an Annie whose only two AP items were item 3089 and item 3135 .

Just dodge the best you can and farm up if you're losing the laning phase. Annie is relatively safe.

Suck it up and zone them. Or just get to 6 and flash ult. The objective of controlling a lane is always to deny farm, kills only happen when opponents make mistakes.

Just farm as best you can with annie flash tibbers in a tf is going to hurt no matter what and you can still win the game from thhings like that even if you didnt win lane

Vs Lux , Xerath and kennen item 3001 does wonders . if Lux misses her Q and xrath misses his E you go ham on them . vs EZ ??? just 1 shot that thing . Vs jayce get item 3157 and wait for him to jump on you with his Q

You farm. Then once you hit 6, you Flash R for a free kill.

you cant. I always pick ziggs,ori or viktor into her cause i know she cant do anything without flash ulting me. The best advice is probably just farm it out and save your ult for any fights that show up. And if they purchase a negatron cloak early dont bother using your flash ult combo at level 6 you wont kill them and youll be down summoners for nothing
