A massive play rate and win rate dip on a champion in a single patch on a champion with an already below average play rate. Do we need to nerf Heimerdinger, Galio and support brand until they hit 50% as well?

Look at that awesome win rate. Better buff Fiddles instead because 50%+ win rate isn't good enough simply because some TotalJerk doesn't like how he's slightly less popular atm.

The sink is broken and you want to fix the perfectly good tub instead.

What are you talking about? His pick rate only went down by 0.6%, and his win rate is still over 50%. His pick rate is only slightly under the average mark, he's not sitting at under 1% like some champions are.
