I really like what Riot did with Conditioning

What I'm talking about here is how when it triggers, a little green shield appears above your head and a sound plays. Just kind of a nice QoL thing that reminds you that it's a thing.

Could we get this kind of thing for other runes? The ones that immediately come to mind are Transcendence and Celestial Body, but I'd also like to see it for Magical Footwear when you get the boots, Perfect Timing when the Commencing Stopwatch transforms, Biscuit Delivery when you get a biscuit, Gathering Storm every 10 minutes, and maybe even Eyeball Collection when you max it out.

It'd make the runes easier to take into account and more meaningful as the game goes on imo. Anyone else feel the same?

I think Gathering Storm has a similar feature to that already. A blue symbol of a crossed cane and sword appear above your summoner.

But I agree, it is a really nice audio/visual cue for when the rune does come into effect.

Oh really? I haven’t used GS since PBE, so I wouldn’t know.

Most of those runes you mentioned have indicators already. I think commencing stopwatch doesn't have it cause it would also notify the enemy that you have it ready.

Really? Because I’ve used them all on live, and none of them have it, but I might be mistaken.

Transcendence has a very subtle blue sparkly effect (it could be made more visible tbh). Magical footwear has a pink/orange swirl effect. Gathering storm has a crossed sword & cane (as said before).

Biscuit delivery, stopwatch and celestial body don't have visual effects tho. Celestial body should get one and so should eyeball collection imo.

Oh, I see what happened, I just didn’t notice them. Thanks a lot!

I think the footwear has it to.

That feeling when running Conditioning, Magical boots, and Celestial body and your limiter comes off with like 4 sound effects playing over each other.
