Because it's bad but on a scale of terrible to literally worse than a dragon not spawning for 6 minutes which is it?

JRobin311 votesHmm, well it's Cloud Dragon and it gives movespeed while not in combat (to move from objective to objective). So instead of taking Cloud Dragon you could use that time to rotate to an objective... that would make taking Cloud Dragon worse than Cloud Dragon not spawning at all I suppose just because the buff it gives helps you do something you could've done by not taking it.
