About how bot lane is a lane MEANT for marksmen and if they start getting overshadowed there changes will be made: buffs to marksmen, nerfs to the champs intruding on their fucking safe space.
Yet how quickly Rito forgets what happened after the marksmen update. ADC top. ADC jungle. ADC mid. Isn't top lane supposed to be a lane for melee champs like tanks/juggernauts/divers who cannot for any reason go bot lane because going melee against double ranged is fucking suicide. Or jungle being a position for tanks/initiators because they cannot lane well. Mid lane was still open to mages or assassins, but ADCs and their itemization was so strong that they could still go there. Because being ranged will 90% of your power in your right clicking ability makes early game incredibly safe.
How can you talk about how weak ADCs are or how there lane is being intruded upon when if they leave their lane nothing is done about how strong they are?? If a support leaves bot lane and goes mid/top, they see nerfs almost immediately.

...and even to some extents 
but they weren't as commonly played outside of support as Lulu was, but was still nerfed back into support when they did see some play Mid lane (I rem Janna Mid back in Season 3 I think it was..).
