I wasn't around when the BT change from the AD stacking to a damage shield went live, and I'm still kind of unsure if it's still an offensive item or if I should treat it as a defensive choice now.

IcyPepper1 votesPretty much both, though I'd say whether you have botrk yet or not. Without makes you a duelist, with makes you a sustain bully. It gives more burst than botrk, but combined gives tanks a run for their money.
