No one cares about the jungler's assists.
You can help all lanes and give them the kills so they get bigger all you want, but if your team loses and you end up with a score of 5/8/20 no one is going to care. You sucked because you don't have kills. And that is the truth. So what is that bs that you are supposed to let the adc get the kill? Nah, better just kill all you can so no one can blame you for anything. Of course all that matters and all what happened in the game is reflected in 2 stats: Kills and Deaths. Right? Nothing else counts. [/rant]
