When viable, Vayne is rarely fun or healthy, suggested changes attempt to acknowledge the parts whos frustration shines most when Vayne is playable.

Passive - Silver Bolts Vayne's consecutive attacks and abilities against a target apply stacks of Silvered. Whenever a target reaches three stacks, the stacks are consumed dealing (2-20 + 2% of the targets Max Health) bonus true damage, and gain Deliverance. Targets afflicted by Deliverance takes 2-20 Bonus Physical damage from all Vayne's subsequent attacks

Critical Strikes apply two stacks of Silvered

Q - Tumble Vayne dashes forward, though not through terrain, and her next basic attack does bonus physical damage. [Unchanged]

W - Night Hunter Vayne pursues her target tirelessly. 10-60% slow resistance, 9-24% bonus attack speed.

E - Condemn Vayne fires a heavy bolt at her target, knocking them back and applying a stack of Silver Bolts. If the targets collides with a wall, they are stunned for 1.5 Seconds, and take 75 / 127.5 / 180 / 232.5 / 285 (+ 115% bonus AD) and gain another stack of Silver Bolts.

R - Final Hour For a duration, Vayne gains bonus attack damage. Additionally, Tumble gains cooldown reduction, and casting it grants invisibility for 1 second; Night Hunter gains cooldown reduction, and is 150% as effective. While active, whenever a champion damaged by Vayne dies within 3 seconds, Final Hour's duration is extended by 4 seconds, up to a maximum of the original duration.

I get that Vayne isn't everyone's favorite champion (not a huge fan of her myself) but you're completely removing her niche as the "tank buster" ADC she was designed as.

This is a lot of words to effectively go nowhere while neutering her Silver Bolts damage into the ground. Not only that, but you took out the initial damage from Condemn and put it all on the wall-slam, which hasn't exactly been the most reliable thing as of late.

So in conclusion: no. Just because you hate Vayne doesn't mean these suggestions are any good. Try again when you actually have an update to her kit that can "solve" the problem.

Edit: Oh Lordy loo, I just noticed the extent of your laziness. You swapped the passive and W, neutered the damage ratios, and put all of Condemn's damage on the wall-slam. You didn't even address Final Hour's invisibility, which is almost always the focus point of Vayne discussions. I'm sorry, but you cannot seriously think this is a good list of changes.
